My partner and I took a trip to go find the perfect mattress, which was a task that we both dreaded but knew was long overdue. Instead of going to a generic, run-of-the-mill mattress store, we took a leap and went here (due to the reviews). Let me tell you- it did not disappoint! The showroom was clean and well-kept and Sherri showed us around, inquiring me of my needs, concerns, physical discomfort. The trip then became a trial and error effort, a diagnostic drive, to find the perfect mattress for me (which you would never find at a big name mattress store). We never felt pressed by any type of "upsale" (which after working so much retail, I know how annoying that can be to both give AND receive), the experience was exceptionally personable and you know that customer service is ESSENTIAL to their business. On top of all of that, not ONLY did they schedule people to deliver and ASSEMBLE the bed, but also, REMOVE our old bed; I was FLOORED. Please check this place out if you are looking for a new mattress- you will not be disappointed 👍🏻💜

Not only is Sherri an absolute DELIGHT personally, she is also super knowledgeable in her field. She took so much time... helping my daughter and I pick out mattresses that were *just* right for us. Never having purchased a new mattress, I didn't ask for prices, I simply picked what felt the best, using her advice on what to feel for in my back and knees. I fully expected to get to the financial part and find out it was out of range.I was *so* pleased to find out the mattresses we had selected were completely affordable! I went to Sherri Hiner for 4 mattresses. I originally thought that I needed 3 full size mattresses and a twin-size... mattress for my house. When I got there, Sherri started asking me question about my family and who was going to be using the bed, there size and weight. These are things that really didn’t occur to me as something you would consider. With the information we gave her, she was able to point us in the right direction. We bought 3 full size mattresses and a twin-size mattress with mattress protectors for each. The cost was at a fraction of what we would find at other mattress stores. We were extremely happy customers. We arrived at our new home and started putting the beds together. We realized that we had made a large mistake. We needed 1 full size mattress and 3 twin size mattresses. We were so upset. We reached out to Sherri Hiner to see if we could exchange the mattresses for the correct size mattresses. Sherri told us, “I am happy to do what ever we need.” She even offered to ship the mattresses to us after she received the ones we didn’t need. My wife drove back to Sherri Hiner’s store to return the mattresses. It is a 2 ½ drive. While she was driving down the freeway she lost a mattress out of the bed of the truck. She didn’t realize until she had gotten down to the store. Sherri Hiner received a call from the Ground FedEx that they had a box with her address on it. It was the mattress that dropped out of the back of the bed of the truck. Sherri Hiner told us the exciting new. I immediately drove to the locations where the mattress was and picked it up. I drove down to her store and she exchange and refunded the difference with no issue. Sherri Hiner operates an amazing store. She is down to earth, honest, and caring. She goes above and beyond what is necessary. It is rare to find someone like that. Someone that places the customer first and treats people like people and not a form of income. I would highly recommend all friends, family or people looking to buy a mattress to go see her. She will take care of you.
